In the Premier Division Leek Town were promoted to the Conference League, being replaced by Altrincham.
Knowsley United folded at the end of the season. Witton Albion and Buxton were relegated to Division One
being replaced by Radcliffe Borough and Leigh RMI.

Division One was straight forward, with the top two promoted being replaced by the bottom two from the
Premier Division. At the bottom Curzon Ashton were relegated to the Northern Counties East League, while
Atherton LR and Warrington Town were relegated to the North West Counties League. Coming in were
Whitby Town from the Northern League, Belper Town from the Northern Counties East League and Trafford
from the North West Counties League
